type-R ran good yesterday at RCM

I'm finally finding a handle on the Carpet racing.

few things I learned on carpet this season is...
  1. having a good working diff is more important than a Diff in the Asphalt racing.
  2. of cos chassis need to be tweaked all the time, when the track is loose you spins out or when the track is tacky, your car will act like little biatch.
  3. get rid of all the compression in shocks, rear dampening need to be about as same as asphalt set up but front needs more dampening and all around stiffer springs. 17.5ish,
  4. I have to be very efficient on driving line, or very patient
  5. by the time I learned all that I also finally learned The 2010 carpet season is over

Getting my Type-R ready for the carpet season

I got followings for the carpet season

1: New upper deck, my old one has been modified like the Lucas's too much flex won't be any good on the carpet but I may slice little to experience some other effect, stay tuned!

2: LOSA3323 white Center pulley set made for the JRX-S Pro
3: LOSA3211 white main pulley set for made for the XXX-S need to enlarge middle hole with a Body reamer.
4: Robinson spur machined in white Derlin.
(2~4 parts can be very helpful since the carpet balls getting stuck in drive trains are in dark grey color.)
5: body post stiffener, preventing body tucking from tight high-speed rug munching!

I'm ready to get rug burn! or burn some rug!
